I wouldn't take Rashford as part of a deal, but then I wouldn't sell either.

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
Not sure its silly season at all. Why wouldn't big clubs be in for Arnie and Lanzini?

Everybody has a price. But at what they will offer do we really need to sell? Get rid of the dead wood not the assets.

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
Is this the annual "Order must be maintained" show, where there is and will always be* a top 5/6 and a bunch of make-weights in the premier league?

Can't be having riff-raff challenging for silverware, what with Johnny Foreigner not knowing who the fuck they are and the advertisers not knowing who to nail their product to.

* - Leicester DIDN'T happen - it was all fake news/a bad dream/ mass hallucination.

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
As usual for this time of year, there's loads of false rumours and a handful of true ones, and not enough information for us to decide which is which.

Especially as the true ones might be about deals that later break down, and the false ones, presently based on nothing at all, might, as lucky guesses, start to be true

Good fit for them.
50m minimum though!

Swiss. 6:07 Wed May 30
Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
I'm sure all the top 6 sides in the PL and other leagues would want Arnie and Lanzini. But 99% of this is journo crap.

People like Russ buy it though.

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
Hope that this is bollocks. If however there is anything in it then it’s the player and agents who put the pressure on the selling club and usually they win the day.

Mr. Burns 6:11 Wed May 30
Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
If there is any truth in this he'll want to go and will make sure he does, whatever stance we take.

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
As long as it is over £50 million then let him go.
Probably a one season wonder anyway!!

Although he did well last season he is not an out and out centre forward anyway so let him go and buy a proper striker.

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
£100m, minimum. Comfortably as good as Mahrez, and more proven in the higher level.

It works in our favour that he’s 28. Even Utd wouldn’t be silly enough to spunk that on a 28 year pld

Why are you such a snidey arsehole?

Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
If we sell early enough
If we get £50-60m
If that all goes back into transfer fund

Then I'd sell.

However, with our owners it is more likely we'll sell few days left of window, for £30-35m and half wasted on a last minute panic buy

REALGSA 6:29 Wed May 30
Re: Man Utd in for Arnie
we bloody paid £20 odd million for him.

£50m not enough in this market.
